Experience

For 30 years, I have had a general psychotherapy practice working with adults providing individual psychotherapy for a broad range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

In addition to my private practice, I was a staff therapist working in the Outpatient Psychiatry Department at the California Pacific Medical Center helping adults with a broad range of psychological difficulties.
I led a chronic illness/disability group at Jewish Family and Children’s Services of the East Bay.

I received my doctorate in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in 1987. I have continued my post-graduate education in psychodynamic psychotherapy as well as courses in mindfulness meditation and its intersection with psychotherapy.
